How we handle the rest

Cabling, phones, a hardware refresh, the desk-side week after a cutover — we scope all of it and bring in the right people, so you’re dealing with one party rather than four. Two things we won’t take on, because both need somebody sitting there tonight and we don’t staff that:

An after-hours desk. We don’t staff one, so we don’t sell one. You’ll know our hours before you sign rather than during an incident.
Live ransomware response. That needs people on call tonight. Ring an incident response firm first, and we’ll help you rebuild afterwards.
