Your hosting account, your domain, your DNS, all in your name. We hold delegated admin, keep it patched and backed up, and nothing stops you leaving.

On a staging address you can open while it’s happening. There’s no big reveal, so there are no big surprises.

You check it against the scope

Against the document, not a feeling. If something in the scope isn’t there, we finish it at our cost.

Handover, or we keep it

Take it to any host, with the documentation to run it. Or keep us on afterwards, and we look after it monthly.

What you can and can’t see

You’re looking at one.

This site is custom-coded. One application in one container, the prices you read from a database, the admin and the client portal in the same app. It’s the kind of work we do.

We don’t show the sites we’ve built for clients. They’re our clients’ sites, and their business isn’t ours to put on our page.

Our founder builds multi-tenant SaaS for an Australian healthcare company under Privacy Act obligations. That’s where a lot of the discipline comes from.

What’s yours to bring

Your words and your pictures. We’ll tell you what the site needs and where each thing goes. If you’d rather we found someone to write or shoot it, we scope that and bring in the right person, so you still deal with one party.

We work business hours, and that’s in the contract. We don’t staff an after-hours desk, so we don’t sell one.
